Pumpkin Pie Pudding


1 1/2 Cups cold milk

1 pkg (3.4 oz) Instant Vanilla pudding mix

1 cup whipping cream (divided)

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 cup canned pumpkin
Combine milk, 1/2 cup cream pudding mix and pie spice. Whisk smooth for about 2 minutes. Stir in pumpkin. Spoon into dessert dishes. Whip remaining 1/2 cup cream forming stiff peaks. Place a dollop on each serving. Garnish with pumpkin pie spice.
